Allison is the owner and head trainer at Marcum K9 Obedience. She has been training dogs of all breeds and ages for 8 years. Allison began her education immediately after graduating high school. She first became a kennel tech for a dog training franchise co-owned by her father. Allison then quickly fell in love with the art of professional dog training. She went through an internship to become a trainer and excelled tremendously. Allison soon went to school and became certified dog trainer and started up her own business shortly after. Allison's believes by observing a dog's behavior, they will tell you right where he/she stands emotionally, psychologically, and behaviorally. She desires to assist families so their dogs reach fully functional, loving, and well mannered members of the family pack.

Tara began working with dogs at just 12 years old. She would go door-to-door asking neighbors if she could walk their pets. Since then, she has been dedicated to getting as much experience with animals as possible. She has worked as a vet assistant, a kennel tech and manager, at doggy daycare, as well as owning her own pet sitting business. She received her Bachelors in Animal Sciences from THE Ohio State University in 2016 with a minor in psychology. While in school, she interned training service dogs at Freedom Paws Assistance dogs as well as at a local science museum as the Animal Specialist. After 3 months of intensive nutrition training, she has a passion for the overall well being of dogs, inside and out. She believes that through proper nutrition, grooming, and of course training, every dog can live a happy, healthy, and obedient life.

Libby has had a passion for dogs for as long as her parents can remember. As a kid & teenager, her love was dedicated to riding, showing, and training horses. Her love for animals is what brought her to THE Ohio State University, where she received a Bachelors in Animal Sciences with a minor in Agricultural Communications. After she adopted her first dog (Squirt), she discovered her passion for training as well as a new purpose- to help owners live life to the fullest with their dogs. Libby attended National K9 intensive dog training school and became a certified professional trainer with endorsements in Basic Obedience, Advanced Obedience, Behavior Modification, Utility, Breed Identification, Puppy Development, Tracking, Scent Detection, Personal Protection, Police K-9, Assistance Dog, and Retrieval. She strongly believes that there are no bad dogs and loves to help people find and unlock their dogs hidden potential.
